The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, carry the meanings assigned to them below. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations as a pg389 member.

• Account Currency: All pg389 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is offered. All displayed Balances, wager amounts, and withdrawals are in IDR.

All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• One Bonus Per Member: Each promotion may be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before any derived winnings become withdrawable). • Abuse & Fraud: pg389 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts where it identifies or reasonably suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of automated betting strategies, collusion between players, exploitation of technical errors, or use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion multiple times.
• Withdrawal Before Completion: If you request a withdrawal before satisfying the full wagering requirement on an active bonus, the outstanding Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from those Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Only real-money Balance remains available for withdrawal in such circumstances.

All games and betting markets available on the pg389 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. The following general rules apply across all wagering activity on the Platform:

• Obvious Errors: pg389 reserves the right to void Wagers placed at odds or game parameters that were published as a result of a manifest error. Members who knowingly exploit obvious errors will have their winnings voided and their Accounts reviewed.

Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, third-party network issues, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. pg389 accepts no liability for losses arising from such unavailability.
• Accuracy of Information: While pg389 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all odds, game information, and promotional details are accurate, errors may occur. In the event of a manifest error, pg389 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error without liability to the Member.

• Maximum Liability Cap: In any event, pg389's total aggregate liability to any individual Member in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident in question.
• Consequential Loss: pg389 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Either party may terminate the Member's Account and the agreement formed by these Terms at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Member-Initiated Closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money Balance in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no active bonus wagering requirement remains unsatisfied.
• pg389-Initiated Closure: pg389 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion, or cheating; failure to pass KYC verification; provision of false registration information; self-exclusion activation; or any other conduct that pg389 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
• Balance on Closure for Cause: Where an Account is closed by pg389 due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance in the Account — including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited pending the outcome of the compliance review. pg389 will communicate its decision in writing to the Member's registered email address.
• Survival of Terms: Clauses relating to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and any obligation that by its nature survives termination shall remain in full force following Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising out of or relating to your use of the pg389 Platform are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which pg389 holds its international gaming licence. References to "Indonesian residents" and "IDR" in these Terms reflect the target market and currency of the Platform and do not imply that Indonesian law exclusively governs these Terms.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between you and pg389, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. • Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding against pg389.

The continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment's effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment will be conclusively deemed to constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
